9. 和議靈驗期 validity of agreement
本和議經兩邊簽名后奏效，靈驗期為天，自至 。若一方蓄意延遲本和議，則須在本和議期滿前1個月書面報告另一方，經兩邊計劃確定 。
若和議一方未實行和議條件，另一方有權中斷和議 。
