(4) read意為“讀，看”，常常指念書，看報 。

homework 表白“家園功課，課外功課”，為不行數動詞 。
(1) Do you finish your homework? 你做完作業了嗎？
(2) I finish doing my homework. 我做完功課了 。

擴充：housework表白“家事”，為不行數動詞 。(1) I always help my mum with the housework.

擴充：感覺器官動詞
(1) see, hear, feel, watch, look,這五個動詞均可作連系動詞，反面接刻畫詞作者賓語，證明主語所處的狀況 。其道理辨別為"看/聽/聞/嘗/摸起來……" 。
These flowers*** ell very sweet. 那些花聞起來很香 。
The tomatoes feel very soft. 那些西紅柿摸起來很軟 。
(2) 那些動詞反面也可接介詞like短語，like反面常用動詞 。
Her idea sounds like fun.她的辦法聽起來很風趣 。
(3) 這五個感覺器官動詞也可作實義動詞,除look(當"看上去……"講時)只能作不迭物動詞外,其他四個既可作及物動詞也可作不迭物動詞,此時動作實義動詞講時其主語普遍為人 。（和1有辨別）

I felt in my pocket for cigarettes. 我用手在口袋里摸卷煙 。
(4) taste,*** ell作不迭物動詞時,可用來"taste /*** ell + of +動詞"構造,意為"有……滋味/氣息" 。
The air in the room*** ells of earth.屋子里的氣氛有股土壤味 。
(5) 它們(sound之外)不妨徑直作動詞,與have或take形成短語 。
May I have a taste of the moon cakes? 我不妨嘗一口這餡兒餅嗎？
taste有品味，滋味的道理
I don't like the taste of the garlic. 我不愛好大蒜的滋味 。
She dresses in poor taste. 她衣著沒有品味 。
look有表面，特性的道理
The place has a European look.此地具備歐洲特性 。
feel有發覺，體驗的道理
watch有腕表，查看的道理
My watch is expensive.我的腕表很貴 。
(6) 個中look, sound, feel還能形成"look / sound / feel + as if +從句"構造，意為"看上去/聽起來/發覺猶如……" 。
It looks as if our class is going to win.可見咱們班猶如要成功了.
(7) 感覺器官動詞+to 與+doing的辨別：
感覺器官動詞 see, watch, observe, notice, look at, hear, listen to,*** ell, taste, feel + do 表白舉措的完備性，如實性；+doing 表白舉措的貫串性，舉行性
I saw him work in the garden yesterday.
昨天我瞥見他在花圃里干活了 。(夸大"我瞥見了"這個究竟)
