1. v. 看起來; 似乎; 好像，其后接形容詞作表語 。
似乎…… seem+adj.=seem to be + adj.
似乎做某事 seem to do sth.
仿佛……似的 seem like＋n.
好像是…… It seems（that）+從句.
2. seem與 look的區別∶
1）seem既可指（外觀上）像，也可指（情況看起來）似乎、好像;
而look多用于指（外觀上）看起來像;
2）seem后可接從句，
而look后通常不接從句;
3）seem后可接不定式 to do，
但look不能;
4）look可作實義動詞表示"看"的動作;
注意∶see v.看見；表示"看"的結果 。
