軟件介紹 GifCam是一款集錄制與編輯為一體的GIF動畫錄制及編輯工具，支持保存為AVI視頻格式，錄制后的GIF圖像可以逐幀繪制編輯，錄制過程可以移動并調整窗口大小及位置記錄自定義區域，錄制范圍內無變化則不增加新幀而只增加延時幀，有效減小圖像體積，可手動錄制單幀，編輯狀態可以查看每一幀，要編輯的幀下可以刪除幀/添加或刪除幀延遲 。
