很古老的一個故事 ， 意境十分美 ， 小猴子們就像小朋友們一樣 ， 單純、善良、可愛！

One day, a little monkey is playing by the well.
一天 ， 一只小猴子在井邊玩耍 。
He looks in the well and shouts,
他看向井里突然大叫起來：

“On my god, the moon has fallen into the well!”
“糟啦！糟啦！月亮掉到井里啦！”

An older runs over. Takes a look and says,
大猴子跑過來 ， 朝井里看了一眼 ， 也喊了起來：
“Goddess me!
“糟啦！糟啦！”
The moon is really in the water!”
“月亮真的掉到井里啦！”

An elderly monkey comes over,
老猴子跑了過來 ， 
he is very surprised as well and cries out,
他也一樣地吃驚 ， 大喊起來：
“The moon is in the well!”
“糟啦 ， 月亮掉到井里啦！”
A group of monkeys run over to the well.
一群猴子跟來井邊 。
They look at the moon in the well and shout
他們看著井里的月亮 ， 大喊起來：
“The moon did fall into the well!
月亮真的掉到井里了！
Come on, let’s get it out!”
“來！咱們把月亮撈出來！”
Then the oldest monkey hangs on the tree up side down,
接下來老猴子倒掛到在樹上 ， 
whth his feet on the branch.
用腳勾住樹枝 。
And he pulls the older monkeys feet with his hand.
老猴子用手拉著大猴子的腳 。
All the other monkeys follow suit.
所有的猴子一個個跟在后面 。
And they join each other one by one.
一只拉著一只 。
Down to the moon in the well.
倒掛著去夠水里的月亮 。

But when the little monkey reach the moon.
但是就在小猴子碰到月亮的時候 。
The moon is broken.
月亮碎了！
The oldest monkey raises his head
老猴子一抬頭 ， 

And happens to see the moon in the sky!
發現月亮好好地掛在天上哪！
